POISE represents a safe and joyful community where girls can come together, bond and be celebrated during one of the most pivotal chapters in their lives. Puberty is a transition that often brings uncertainty, yet it can also be a time filled with confidence and excitement.

POISE was created because no young girl should approach puberty without proper support. I remember my own experience of feeling unprepared and I wanted something different for my daughters. I promised myself that they and other young girls would have the tools they need to step into this phase with confidence, understanding and joy.

POISE creates a proactive experience that replaces fear with fun and meaningful education. It is designed for young girls between the ages of eight and twelve, offering them a community where they can learn, grow and feel celebrated while forming friendships and building self worth.
